Scott received his Bachelors in Economics/Financial & Managerial Economics at UNH Whitmore School of Business and Economics in addition to an Associates in Business Management. He spent a decade as a Trustee of Trust Funds for the Town of Haverhill, NH, another 6 years as a Commercial Lending Committee Member for the Grafton County Economic Development Corporation, as well as participated in many other volunteer endeavors.
