Claremont Savings Bank (CSB) proudly recognized eight outstanding employees at its inaugural Heart of What We Do celebration, held during the Bank’s Annual Party in January. The ceremony was created to honor staff members whose dedication, service, and character have made a meaningful impact on the Bank and the communities it serves.
The celebration invited employees across all departments to nominate colleagues who exemplify CSB’s values and contribute to its culture of teamwork, service, and community commitment. Finalists were selected through Bank wide voting, and the honorees were recognized during a ceremony designed to spotlight the people who help make CSB a supportive and mission driven workplace.
The Bank’s highest honor, the Carol Vivian Cultural Champion Award, was presented to Marissa Brunelle, Corporate Trainer, who embodies the heart, spirit, and values of CSB. Brunelle is known for her kindness, leadership, positivity, and ability to build genuine connections, making her a central force in shaping the Bank’s culture.
The Bank on Me Award was awarded to Crystal Junod, Senior Relationship Banker and Peer Trainer, in recognition of her exceptional dependability. Junod is celebrated for her steady, consistent service and the trust she inspires among both customers and colleagues.
The Trusted Advisor Award was presented to Terri Decker, VP of Private Banking, whose expertise and relationship building skills help customers and the Bank grow. Decker is recognized for her professionalism, follow through, and ability to earn trust through action.
The Problem Solving Powerhouse Award honored Shanna Emanuel, Retail Business Systems Analyst, who approaches challenges with creativity and confidence. Emanuel consistently transforms complex issues into simple, effective solutions and thrives in situations where others might step back.
The Brand Ambassador Award was presented to Julie Martin, VP of Cash Management, who represents CSB with professionalism, positivity, and heart. Martin is known for living the Bank’s values in every interaction and elevating the culture wherever she goes.
The Heart of the Community Award recognized Michelle Dole, Community Service Coordinator, for her dedication to community service. Dole invests her time, energy, and passion into initiatives that make a meaningful difference and reflect positively on CSB.
The Unsung Hero Award was awarded to Nicole Picard, Deposit Operations Manager, whose behind the scenes excellence keeps the Bank running smoothly. Picard’s quiet but powerful contributions support colleagues across the organization and ensure operational success.
Finally, the Ultimate Teammate Award was presented to Sarah Powell, Call Center Specialist, who is celebrated for her encouragement, support, and can do attitude. Powell strengthens every team she joins and exemplifies the spirit of collaboration.
