Claremont Savings Bank (CSB) is pleased to announce a strategic expansion of its Business Development team, reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to relationship driven service and deepening its support for local businesses, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. This enhanced structure reflects CSB’s renewed focus on building a unified, community centered business development line designed to strengthen outreach and better serve the region.
As part of this initiative, CSB welcomes Adam Hamilton as Senior Business Development Officer, VP. Hamilton brings extensive experience in business development, a strong commitment to community engagement, and an entrepreneurial spirit that includes co founding a dairy free food brand. His passion for building meaningful relationships and supporting local growth aligns closely with CSB’s mission and the direction of its expanded team.
CSB is also pleased to announce two internal leadership appointments that further support this new structure.
Julie Martin has been named Business Development Officer, VP, continuing a career marked by dedication to CSB’s customers and communities. Since joining the Bank in 2005, Martin has held leadership roles across Customer Service, Business Development, Business Services, and Cash Management. Her deep experience and relationship focused approach will play a key role in strengthening collaboration across business, municipal, and nonprofit sectors.
Zach Haines has been appointed Business Development Officer, VP. Haines joined CSB in 2009 and has contributed across multiple departments, most recently in digital product leadership. He is also deeply engaged in community service, contributing more than 200 volunteer hours in 2025. His commitment to local organizations reflects CSB’s “We Care” philosophy and supports his expanded focus on nonprofit engagement.
“These changes reflect CSB’s commitment to building a strong, aligned Business Development team that can meet the evolving needs of customers and communities,” said Joe Kenney, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “Adam, Julie, and Zach bring exceptional experience, dedication, and heart to their work. Their leadership will help expand the Bank’s reach and deepen its impact across the region.”
