For more than 25 years Brandy has served customers in all facets of retail banking including deposit relationships, retirement planning, consumer lending, mortgage lending, business banking services, and much more. Brandy has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, has completed The New England School of Banking, is a graduate of The New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College as well as the ABA Graduate School of Banking at Stonier. Most recently Brandy earned her Accredited Mortgage Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.  Brandy is very active in the community that she serves.  She currently serves as a steering committee member for YouthCAN, is a member of the Budget Advisory Committee in the Town of Newport, is on the Portrait of a Learner Committee for the Newport School District, and the Treasurer for the NH Prospects Athletic Scholarship Foundation.   Her previous volunteer and committee work includes the Sugar River Rotary, Past President of the Claremont Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Sullivan County Young Professionals Group as well as President of the Newport Softball league. 

Brandy’s extensive banking knowledge allows her to see the big picture and she works closely with her team of loan officers to develop and offer competitive lending products to meet the needs of the community.

Denise began her career at Claremont Savings Bank over 30 years ago. Her banking experience spans from retail banking to consumer lending and now mortgage lending. She has primarily been working as a mortgage loan originator over the last 20 years.

Denise is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and has obtained many certificates over the course of her career. Her extensive knowledge of the financial services industry is truly an asset to her customers. Denise’s experience allows her to comprehensively understand your financial picture whether you are looking for a residential mortgage, construction loan or home equity loan. She enjoys collaborating with borrowers from the prequalifying stage to establishing a mortgage and home ownership. Denise enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her customers, often resulting in repeat customers and referrals. She consistently ranks as one of top loan originators for Sullivan County.

Denise is actively involved in the community. She is an active member of the Greater Claremont Board of Realtors (serving on the community service committee), Monadnock Region Board of Realtors, and the Crown Point Board of Realtors in Vermont.

Denise is a local resident of the area. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and participating in all the outdoor activities that four-season living in New England has to offer.

Brianna began her career at Claremont Savings Bank in 2015 and progressed through various customer service roles that lead to her current position of Mortgage Loan Originator. Ever-changing market conditions, products, and regulations keep Brianna on her toes as a lender. She stays educated to provide the most informative advice to her customers.

Brianna is an Advisory Council Member for the Center of Financial Training recommending and improving educational materials used by financial professionals. CFTEA has provided her the opportunities to earn a Universal Banking Certificate, Universal Banking Diploma, Supervisor/Team Leader Certificate, Branch Manager Certificate, and Residential Mortgage Lending Certificate.

In order to give back to the communities that Brianna grew up and works in, she serves on the Board of Directors for both the Lake Sunapee Region Chamber of Commerce and The Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce. 

She serves on the Good Neighbor Award Committee, Neighbors Helping Neighbors Committee, and the Business Partners Committee of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors to stay connected. 

Brianna loves to get outside and hike, spend summer days on Lake Sunapee, and make home buying dreams come true.

Donna has extensive volunteer and committee work including Youth Group Activity Leader, School Board member, First Time Homebuyer Workshop annual speaker, and Board Member of the local Cemetery Association. She is married for 40 years, has two children, their spouses and four beloved grandchildren, all residing in Northern VT.
