With more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking, lending, and strategic leadership, the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Claremont Savings Bank is dedicated to helping local businesses access the financial solutions they need to succeed. He has built a career centered on supporting small and medium‑sized businesses, fostering strong relationships, and leading high‑performing lending teams with a collaborative, community‑focused approach. Known for delivering thoughtful and creative financial solutions, he brings a steady leadership style and a deep commitment to the people and communities he serves. His community involvement includes service on the boards of the Granite YMCA, the Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter, and the Granite State District Export Council, and he is committed to helping your business move forward and thrive with the support of CSB.
With nearly 20 years experience working at local and community banks, Sean is committed to building a custom, relationship-focused lending experience. He is a graduate of Champlain College and New England School of Banking at Williams College. Sean has received awards for his excellence in banking and he sits on Boards for youth sports and economic development organizations.
With extensive experience in commercial lending and deep regional market knowledge, Scott is committed to helping clients access capital for growth, real estate investment, and long-term success. He brings a strong background in economics and community service, making him a valuable addition to the bank’s relationship-driven team serving businesses across New Hampshire and Vermont.
Adam has worked in the Financial sector for nearly 10 years, providing clients with strategic ideas for business growth and risk mitigation. Adam is passionate about his community and serves as President of the Board for Health Care and Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont. In addition he is a Commercial Lending Committee member for the Vermont Bankers Association and a Board Member for Space on Main, a CoMaker Space in Bradford, Vermont.
With a strong blend of commercial lending experience and small‑business insight, Max brings a well‑rounded perspective to helping businesses grow. His background spans commercial sales administration, business banking, and portfolio lending, strengthened by his earlier experience as the founder of a custom archery company. He holds a Bachelor of Science with double majors in Economics and Business Administration from St. Michael’s College. Deeply committed to community involvement, Max serves as President of BeBold Bedford and as a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Manchester. He offers clear insight and a collaborative approach to supporting businesses as they plan their next steps.
